I am Amadou Tidiane Cissé, and my work explores the fracture zones where terrorism, strategic resources and governance intersect in Africa.
From the Sahel to the Gulf of Guinea, I am interested in areas where the state is being tested and where geopolitical balances are being redefined.
My books are the result of committed reflection, nourished by the analysis and observation of contemporary realities.
They are aimed at those who seek to understand, beyond simplistic rhetoric, the profound changes in international security.

For me, writing is about contributing to the debate and inviting people to think differently about the challenges of our time.
